Title Transfer / Registrations
Required Information:
- Original Title
- Current Pennsylvania Driver's License or Identification Card
- Bill of Sale or Gift Letter if both buyer + seller are not present
- Odometer Reading
- Valid Proof of Insurance ID Card
- Current Pennsylvania Drivers License
- Registration card if plate is being transferred

- Valid Driver's License or Photo ID
